Linnea (Cowart) Pearce

I go by "Linn" these days. I'm still living in Mission Viejo, California. After quitting nursing school to get married the first time, and quitting law school before getting married the second time, I went back to UC Irvine and received my paralegal certificate. Most of my working life has been spent as a real estate and finance paralegal, followed by a short stint as a products liability paralegal, which I hated. I am now a senior paralegal in operations for a major healthcare company where I've been for the past 3-1/2 years.

My first husband gave me a daughter and a son, my second husband helped me raise them, and around 16 years ago, my kids and I struck out on our own. My grandson is now 7-1/2 years old and we have a happy family - two adult children, me, and "little" Jake, who is already up to my shoulders and will probably be about 6'4" by the time he's an adult!

I love backyard bird watching with my grandson and my morning coffee, flower gardening, movies on DVD, CSI, and Otter Pops. I hate sauerkraut and brussels sprouts. Since I do the grocery shopping, I don't have to worry about the "hates". Life is good!
