Good question.
It will be at the very top of your browser window, and start with "http://www.tedpack.org". It's called a URL, if you want to impress your geek friends. It will have some more stuff after it. Here is a long example:

http://www.tedpack.org/uuftc/sermons/s2008_10_03.html

Why isn't it there? The problem could be:

It is a list and guide to large free genealogy sites.

obits.html is really obit.html
It is a list of ways to get an obituary.

If the URL at the top is of the form "pagename" instead of "pagename.html", just add ".html" and press the Enter key.

You can have a custom 404 page like this by adding a file named ".htaccess" (no name, long extension) to your site. There are much better explanations on the web; look for "Custom 404 page" (without the quotes) in any reputable search engine.
